FRAGRANCE & BEAUTY BREAK INTO THE METAVERSE 🌐

Luxury fragrance brand @Byredo is teaming up with creative digital fashion studio #RTFKT, the #NFT makers owned by @Nike, to create a fragrance that will enter the metaverse.

The #Alphameta collab allows users to equip their avatars with virtual perfume. A total of 26 different ingredients can be used to create a new scent, each of which is meant to convey feelings, such as sharpness, harmony, naivety and virtue.

In fact, users become alchemists who are able to create personal scents based on the emotions of their choice. Users can create up to 2,000 custom fragrance combinations using digital NFT ingredients; the results of which will ultimately be used to create a real-life custom fragrance bottle.

Meanwhile, the famous luxury house @Givenchy follows @Gucci and @Tommy Hilfiger and also makes its first steps on the game #Roblox. The platform, which has more than 54 million daily active players, welcomes the #GivenchyBeautyHouse in the metaverse.

This virtual universe around the creative DNA of Givenchy Beauty includes a castle inspired by the home of the founder Hubert de Givenchy, along with a dancefloor, gardens, a swimming pool, and a subway station that promotes the perfume L’Interdit of the brand. This immersive experience will allow users to create specific looks and makeup for their avatars to earn virtual rewards.
