THE B CORP CERTIFICATION QUEST & THE SUSTAINABILITY GENZ APPRECIATION ✅

While Chloé has become the first luxury fashion brand to achieve B Corp certification, brands are seeking for official proof of their commitment. Allbirds , Patagonia and EILEEN FISHER, INC. became certificated brands last march. Administered by nonprofit B Lab, B Corp PL is one of the most demanding certifications that evaluates brands’ social and environmental impact, with over 300 questions on governance, workers, communities and impact on the environment.

Throwback on a topic passed from a #greenwashing trend to a real requirement, even into the fashion industry which might be  the most polluting industry in the world.

✌️ SUSTAINABILITY DRIVES BUSINESS & GENZ APPRECIATION

Studies report that #GenZ along with #Millennials are the most likely to make purchase decisions based on values and principles (personal, social, and environmental) : 73% of Gen Z consumers surveyed were willing to pay more for sustainable products. As an example, the #sustainablebrand gathers over 4.9M views on TikTok.

Becoming a real issue, luxury companies are looking for partners and tools helping them to choose the right provider in line with their values & commitments.
